Television director Allen Coulter, best known for his work on HBO's 'The Sopranos' and 'Sex and the City', will make his feature directing debut on Jersey Films' psychological thriller 'Lost Girls', says the Hollywood Reporter.
The filmmakers are aiming for a fall production start. Additionally, Nancy Fichman and Jennifer Hoppe have been tapped to rewrite Neal Marshall Stevens' script, which was adapted from the novel by Andrew Pyper.
"Girls" is the story of an ambitious New York lawyer who reluctantly travels to a small town to defend a teacher suspected in the disappearance of two teenage girls, only to discover a far more terrifying mystery that threatens to destroy him.
