Scribe Collin Friesen has been hired to write New Line Cinema's comedy
Man in Uniform, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The feature, which stars Kevin James, follows an everyman (James) whose life changes when he takes possession of a policeman's missing uniform.
Friesen has previously written 'The Big White', a crime caper with Robin Williams, Holly Hunter and Woody Harrelson.
