The Weinstein Co. have bought the rights to Martin Sweeney's irreverent comedy script
Muskrat Love, says Variety.
The story revolves around a self-absorbed player who dumps the perfect woman, only to be injected with a monogamy serum by the woman's vengeful best friend.
"[It's] a hilarious script that deals with male-female relationships from an original perspective that we think will be appealing to both men and women," said TWC's Michael Cole. Andy Fickman is said to be eyeing to direct the project.
