Shrek 2 spin-off
Puss in Boots which is based on the character voiced by Antonio Banderas has hired screenwriter David H. Steinberg to write the animated movie, according to Variety.
Banderas will return to voice the movie, which is part of DreamWorks' slate for 2008. It's unclear at this point whether the title will receive a theatrical release or, like many animated sequels, go directly to DVD.
