Michael Madsen (Mr. Blonde in "Reservoir Dogs") is currently looking for British investors to raise £8 million ($11.6 million) for "Red Light Runners" a crime pic set in London, reports Variety.
Madsen will star alongside his fellow "Reservoir Dogs" alumnus Chris Penn, Ian Buchanan ("Panic Room") and British soap actor Martin Kemp. Harvey Keitel and Dennis Hopper are also in discussions to appear in the film, along with BBC radio DJ Sara Cox.
The pic will be directed by Brit music video helmer Nick Egan.
Madsen, who has just finished work on "Bond 20" in Blighty, commented, "The U.K. has a great reputation as a place to make films and also to raise finance. Harvey Keitel did the same thing with 'Reservoir Dogs,' and he and all investors did quite well. I've been hunting for a project that held the same qualities."
