Fake Bills Stolen From Rush Hour Set

Rush Hour 2
The production team behind 'Rush Hour 2' are in a dilemma, as fake $100 bills have been stolen from the set. The money was actually spent, in Las Vegas (Where they were shooting). The movie is a sequel to a 1998 movie 'Rush Hour', staring in the movie are Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker.

USA Today reports:

Rush Hour 2 has lost some currency. Filmmakers behind the highly anticipated sequel to the 1998 blockbuster action film, which stars Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, minted tens of millions of $100 bills for Las Vegas casino scenes. Only problem was, some wiseacres walked off with a stack of the funny money and successfully spent it (or bet it — it is Sin City, after all).
Quite a trick, considering that the obviously bogus bills had the phrase "In Dog We Trust" on them.

"The case doesn't appear to involve production personnel," says New Line Cinema's Steve Elzer. And it won't happen again: The Secret Service, now trying to trace the missing bills, seized the remaining fake cash after the final day of shooting last week.
