Fine Line Features has stirred up a deal to acquire Ruth Graham-Black's spec script "The Recipe."
The project will be produced by Graham-Black and Janette Day ("Vanity Fair," "Ghost World").
The script centers on an aspiring chef who inherits her grandmother's "infamous aphrodisiac recipe" and travels to Italy to track down the origins of the concoction.
Said Fine Line president Mark Ordesky: "We are delighted to be working on this project with Ruth. Her script is simply charming."
