Steve Zahn and Chloe Sevigny are in negotiations to walk into Lions Gate Films' "Shattered Glass," reports

The duo will join Hayden Christensen, Greg Kinnear and Maggie Gyllenhaal in the project from screenwriter Billy Ray, who is making his directorial debut.
"Glass" is the true story of Stephen Glass (Christensen), who from 1995-98 was a twentysomething whiz-kid journalist for publications ranging from the New Republic to Rolling Stone. It was later revealed that he fabricated many of his articles.
Zahn will take on the role of technology reporter Adam L. Penenberg, who uncovered Glass' dishonesty. Sevigny will play the female lead, Glass' co-worker Caitlin. Kinnear is New Republic editor Chuck Lane.
