Duncan On 'Scorpion King'

Michael Clarke Duncan gives an update on his next project, 'The Scorpion King', a prequel to 'The Mummy Returns', which details The Rocks character, Scorpion King.

While talking with About.com he said "They started production already, I have a couple more days and then I'm starting. I play Balthezar, the leader of this gigantic army and I battle The Rock. The Rock and I do battle. Then it switches around to where we become allies and we fight a bigger foe."

Duncan continues to explain that 'The Mummy Returns' takes place in the present day, and 'The Scorpion King' will be in the past.
"The Mummy 2 obviously is coming out now but this leads up to The Mummy 2 where he [The Rock] becomes the Scorpion King." "I think The Mummy 2 will do very well. It's going to be awesome. I can't wait till it comes out."
