Cinema Libre Studio has acquired North American rights to 1999's 'Buena Vista Social Club',
The Sons of Buena Vista, says the Hollywood Reporter.
The feature, helmed by German Kral, follows Pio Leyva, the singer and composer who also appeared in the first film, introduces the next generation of Cuban musical talent.
The movie will be released in the summer.
