Lionsgate Takes On 'Transporter 3'

Lionsgate has acquired U.S. and Canadian distribution rights to "Transporter 3."

In the film, Jason Statham returns as Frank Martin, the ex-Special Forces operative who specializes in high-risk deliveries. Lionsgate will release the film, now in postpoduction, on Nov. 26. The title will be distributed in Canada by Maple Pictures, in which Lionsgate holds a stake.
