Sam Rockwell, Emma Roberts and Rob Corddry will topline writer-director James Strouse's high school comedy "
The Winning Season."
Gigi Prods. and Plum Pictures are producing the tale of a has-been coach (Rockwell) who is given a shot at redemption when he's asked to run the local high school's girls basketball team. Roberts is cast as a player he befriends, and Corddry will play the school's principal. Shareeka Epps, Emily Rios, Margo Martindale and Jessica Hecht also star.
