CBS Films is in negotiations with the scripting team of Matt Allen and Caleb Wilson ("Four Christmases") to rewrite romantic comedy "Who Gets Bob?"
Story, originally penned by Rob Ritger, concerns a divorced couple battling over who gets their best friend Bob.
