The rumors that there will be no theatrical trailer for
Wrong Turn is true, according to Warner Bros. The reason given is because the MPAA have refused to approve three different versions of the trailer. Each version was deemed "too intense" and with the release date coming up fast the studio has decided to focus on TV buys instead.
The movie stars Eliza Dushku, Jeremy Sisto and Emmanuelle Chriqui in which a carload of six teens find themselves trapped in the woods of West Virginia, hunted down by "cannibalistic mountain men grossly disfigured through generations of in-breeding".
