Synopsis: Two teenage drifters join up in New Orleans and become involved with a drug dealer. He asks the boys to do a run to New York City for him, promising to pay them well. The deal goes bad, though, and the boys end up on Manhattan's Lower East Side, rooming together in an abandoned building. There they find themselves surrounded by crime, homeless kids (like themselves) and general chaos.
