Synopsis: 11-year-old Danny (Matthew O'Leary) watches as his new stepfather Rick(Vince Vaughn)--a good looking, upper-middle class man--commits a horrible crime. But when the boy tells of what he witnessed, only Frank (John Travolta), his biological father--a down-on-his-luck boat builder--believes him. With all odds against him, Frank will go to any extreme to remove his son and ex-wife (Teri Polo) from danger's path.
