Riccardo Scamarcio Joins 'Eden Is West'

Italian thesp Riccardo Scamarcio has been cast as the lead in Constantin Costa-Gavras' immigration drama "Eden Is West," which will start shooting in March.

Penned by Costa-Gavras with regular co-scribe Jean-Claude Grunberg, "Eden" centers on the plight of illegal immigrants trying to eke out a living in EU countries. Patrick Blossier, another Costa-Gavras regular, will do the lensing.
