eek!

My left wrist hurts really bad... I went downstairs to get a drink and stumbled...

Now Im typing with one hand

btw - I was as sober as a nun

aaaaawww cool it under the tap with water that aint to warm nor to cold

Cut it off...it gets your mind off the wrist pain...

Ive already run it under cold water...

I like my arm; think of what I wouldn't be able to do without it

when I was thinking of 'what i wouldn't be able to do with my arm' once it had been amputated... was more on the lines of ermmm... climbing up a ladder

well will you just pop over and bandage my swollen wrist

it still hurts

ice it and bring on a light-pressure bandage, then "massage" it

well dont take your time, Im in pain

instead of bandage, a belt could be used as well

ok then... what do I just wrap it around to put on a slight pressure?

If it doesn't get any better I'll take it to A and E tomo...
