Psylocke has MORE than enough power to one shot her.
Even in melee she would own.
She pwnd Rogue who had both Ms. Marvel's AND Quicksilver's powers.
She's held a ship together during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere.
She wins. It will just take her more time to win if she decides to go h2h for fun.

psylocke CIS would goat her into a h2h fight or sword fight which would be a big mistake if past history is any indication of her MA abilitie...
