Psylocke has MORE than enough power to one shot her.
Even in melee she would own.
She pwnd Rogue who had both Ms. Marvel's AND Quicksilver's powers.
She's held a ship together during re-entry into the Earth's atmosphere.
She wins. It will just take her more time to win if she decides to go h2h for fun.

she has none of thoses powers anymore.........
