Not that I recall, I don't think they ever met before.

I'd say Ironman takes a great majority, I kind of lack sufficient knowledge of the matter, but as far as I know IM takes it.

Easily. No-one has full knowledge on anything. What I meant was that I haven't seen Windshear in too many comics and according to my knowledge there's only a slight possiblity that he'll take down Ironman.

I thought they fought in the Armor Wars... maybe I'm thinking of another Windshear, but as far as I know, there was a story about different corporate entities stealing Tony's work, so he set out to shut them down, by overpowering them in combat, and placing some sort of a device on the stolen hardware to make it cease working.
Anyhoo, I vote for Ironman to win this fight... I mean he does have many different suits at his disposal, I'm sure that he can come up with one that will completely dominate Windshears suit.

Wouldn't his repulsor ray take care of Windshear?

No, his hard-air shield can block it and he can crush Iron Man under his own weight.

Do you happen to have any feats of Windshear? The character is rather interesting and I'd like to know limits of his power.

Alpha Flight #124-Wow even I underestimated Windshear, here he battles some monsters in an Infinity Crusade cross-over and this deals with his powers and his past. Great character, I hope he comes out of retirement. Uber powerful, and doesn't get respect.

Feats Shown:
-Windshear uses explosive pressure punches causing alien armor, flesh and tissue to liquify
-Windshear creates hard-air needles used as machine gun fire
-Winshear alters the gases solidfying inside a respiratory system, causing blood to become glue
-Windshear's hard air punch goes through the alien ripping him in half
-Winshear makes a hard-air battling ram crushing one alien
-Winshear makes a hard air shield to delfect the two aliens away
-Winshear first manifesting his powers, turns the insides of his school bag which just had clothes to hit like it is filled with bricks
-Windshear weighs down a pipe so the criminal can't lift it, but he holds it well
-Windshear can make the air solid, heavy or poisonious
-Windshar breaks the Goddess' hold over him.

Alpha Flight #94-Headlok has gained control over half of the Fantastic Four, an entire town and half of the members of Alpha Flight. Now both factions go head to head to see who is be best. Windshear just joined Alpha Flight a few issues prior to this and hadn't fully developed his powers yet. This issue has some trippy backgrounds, the artist really went over-board with the effects.

Whit all of that being said, couldn't Tony just create an armor that has shields like in Star Trek? I mean this is the guy that started all of this right. I say Tony would find a way to negate Windshear's attack the way he did with Magneto.

Well that would make it unfair if he gets prep to make an armor to counter Windshear.
