I'd say Ironman takes a great majority, I kind of lack sufficient knowledge of the matter, but as far as I know IM takes it.

Easily. No-one has full knowledge on anything. What I meant was that I haven't seen Windshear in too many comics and according to my knowledge there's only a slight possiblity that he'll take down Ironman.

I thought they fought in the Armor Wars... maybe I'm thinking of another Windshear, but as far as I know, there was a story about different corporate entities stealing Tony's work, so he set out to shut them down, by overpowering them in combat, and placing some sort of a device on the stolen hardware to make it cease working.
Anyhoo, I vote for Ironman to win this fight... I mean he does have many different suits at his disposal, I'm sure that he can come up with one that will completely dominate Windshears suit.

No, his hard-air shield can block it and he can crush Iron Man under his own weight.

Whit all of that being said, couldn't Tony just create an armor that has shields like in Star Trek? I mean this is the guy that started all of this right. I say Tony would find a way to negate Windshear's attack the way he did with Magneto.
