I'd take Captain Marvel 10/10.

JSA comics have talked about this fight (albeit very briefly).

Power Girl is actually slightly stronger than CM (which most people don't realize). But Marvel has her in speed and durability (again, only by a bit) as well as overall power (lightning bolts, etc.).

Marvel wins, but it's a decent decent fight.

Seriously, Power Girl hasn't had a decent feat in over a decade that would put her on CM's level. This is a curbstomp. Marvel 10/10.

The only indication I've heard of Power Girl being stronger than Marvel was when she said it herself- and we all know how reliable of a source she is.

Any way, yeah, Marvel wins. The fact that PG has no real feats that put her on the level of her cousin leads me to believe Iron Man could take her.

Power Girl is bottom of the barrel as far as Kryptonians go. A better match up would be against Captain Marvel Jr.

The scans are off Black Adam trashing the society , the second scan shows Power girl zipping down and then having BA get her in a choke hold.

Ouch. Her fight CM3? I dont think she thaat low. Her vs Mary would be a great one to see imo.

Even if she was superman level in strenght Captain Marvel would still own her.

If she was Superman level, how would Marvel own her. Hes also Superman level.

Well he should be able to own superman considering his power sources but SM is DC's baby but that is a whole nother story that will go on for ever with fanboys and all not calling you one olympian but you know what I mean.

Some magic/mystical attack nailed her a while ago, and i believe thats why she's bottom of the heap.

CM is just out of PG's league

A good fight that Marvel should win more often than not, but it would be interesting. PG is aggressive and not above dirty tactics - I can see her drop-kicking CM in the balls
Plus, her 'distraction' advantage, may even work on someone as whitebread as Billy...

The only way she would win is if Billy doesn't want to hit a girl.

Thanks. That has been bugging me for a while.

Yeah, her power level was cut in half. Still, even at full power she was never close to her cousin like Supergirl is to Superman.
