JSA comics have talked about this fight (albeit very briefly).

Power Girl is actually slightly stronger than CM (which most people don't realize). But Marvel has her in speed and durability (again, only by a bit) as well as overall power (lightning bolts, etc.).

Marvel wins, but it's a decent decent fight.

The only indication I've heard of Power Girl being stronger than Marvel was when she said it herself- and we all know how reliable of a source she is. roll eyes (sarcastic)

Any way, yeah, Marvel wins. The fact that PG has no real feats that put her on the level of her cousin leads me to believe Iron Man could take her.
