Rulk. DHII fought regular Hulk (albeit a mind-controlled Hulk for maximum rage Hulk) once, and while he made a good showing of it, he and Killpower needed two two-man it to beat Hulk. And since most showings have Rulk > Hulk recently, DHII should lose.
Long, grueling fight, mind you. And it's not impossible for DHII to win, probably via a cheap win with his cranial siphon. But Rulk for a comfortable majority.

Nein. It's more like stealing a couple wins with that tactic if he's lucky (I think he would be), but certainly not the majority.

i dont care what ppl say, minion outclasses Rulk in fight skill combined with his strength and durability he should be able to get a slight majority if not a large majority of wins..
cool scans though with logan but i wanted to see minion fighting logan rumping around in his yellow rubber suit... punching him through the gut

Well, not caring what people say is fine, but when there's an on-panel fight that fairly definitively says otherwise, it's hard to argue against. I love Minion as much as anyone. The work I've done to popularize him on the boards here is a testament to that. But he can't take the majority.
Is he more skilled? Sure. His strength and durability are below Hulk, however. Though his healing is comparable. But he's been knocked out and put down by less-strong opponents (though not many) and there's still the Hulk encounter to consider. He did only win via BFR, after all, and that was with help (though, admittedly, Minion did more work than Killpower).
