Rahm Kota wins, yeah. He's mastered Juyo, which according to Traya only the best in history can master, and this implies he's got a good degree of skill in other fighting styles as well, he's fought on for weeks without end in an arena, deflected Marek's force assault(even at that time, Galen was throwing around TIE-fighters like toys), and brought down the TIE fighter factory.

He doesn't have any flashy accolades or cool armour, but he's got Marr beaten feat-wise and by success-rate.

What are Marr's best feats? Accolades and hype clearly makes him out the be the better of the two.

Being an equal of Satele, *rumored* to rout armies, and being the most piwerful Sith Lord on the Dark Council paints a portrait if someone defeating Rahm.

He moved so fast that he teleported to Lachriss' perceptions. Lachriss has given the Hero of Tython and the Barsen'thor a decent fight.

He scales very far above citadel destruction and city block devastation.

He's implied strongly to be more powerful than Act III Nox and is confirmed to be second to none as a combatant in the empire as of the battle of Ilum.
