In terms of quanity of powers he showed pretty much everything. I think he was portrayed as more powerful then Norrin though.

He lacks the kind of stuff to match up to Norrin's high - end feats though.

If you read Hulk#634 he too destroyed a planet along with a dimension with minimal effort(yes i know he was going all out but the gamma blast was very little) of course with help of she hulk but all need is to get twice as angry....or more......

Yes he did,even at least he destroyed all planet with it yea I scanned the page where he destroy the planet and their was other which was about to break too but yes he destroyed it the only reason it was still their the wishing well kept revived everything and including the dimension...
