In terms of quanity of powers he showed pretty much everything. I think he was portrayed as more powerful then Norrin though.

Yes he did,even at least he destroyed all planet with it yea I scanned the page where he destroy the planet and their was other which was about to break too but yes he destroyed it the only reason it was still their the wishing well kept revived everything and including the dimension...
