Who wins?

A fully-powered Cyclops, enhanced by Jean reduced Apocalypse to near nothing. Spider-Man wins, no contest.

Yet didn't Apocalypse chokeout Hulk defeat High Evolutionary and Ikaris?

I would call the fight with Wyndham more of a draw.

What I've noticed about Apocalypse is that despite his power and resilience and whether it kills him or not, he can't physically stand up to extremely powerful directed energy blasts. I'm talking Magneto and Black Bolt level. Scott's beam came out yellow when he supposedly killed him.

He's no sold Boltagon's scream in his classic days...
