I would call the fight with Wyndham more of a draw.
What I've noticed about Apocalypse is that despite his power and resilience and whether it kills him or not, he can't physically stand up to extremely powerful directed energy blasts. I'm talking Magneto and Black Bolt level. Scott's beam came out yellow when he supposedly killed him.
