Hulk is bloodlusted

Stalemate or Zoom. Hulk's too slow to tag Zoom but I have no idea how Zoom could even begin to hurt Hulk. Maybe phase thru him?

Hulk easily, Zoom hasn't met anyone even close to Hulk's durability. Hulk just needs to clap in his direction to stun Zoom.

Zoom phases his hand into Hulks heart for a KO at least

1. Zoom is faster than sound.

2. Hulk did a clap only once, and all it did was put out some flames.

3. It'll be over Hulk can perform such a move.

4. Zoom phases his hand through Hulk's brain for the KO/Kill.

Depends if Zoom's super sonic punches can hurt Hulk or not. If they can he wins. If not it's a stalemate, as Hulk will never land a hit on Hulk. Zoom's just too fast. Way faster than Barry.
