Stalemate or Zoom. Hulk's too slow to tag Zoom but I have no idea how Zoom could even begin to hurt Hulk. Maybe phase thru him?

Depends if Zoom's super sonic punches can hurt Hulk or not. If they can he wins. If not it's a stalemate, as Hulk will never land a hit on Hulk. Zoom's just too fast. Way faster than Barry.
