So let's assume all materials above are a square inch in cross section and skin deep in thickness.

Since when has vibranium only been half as durable as adamantium? Also, didn't whor use the hammer to smash through a door made of secondary adamantium?

I was always under the impression Vibranium was just as tough as adamantium along with the absorption properties. Why so low?

I dont equate its absorption properties to durability. Its just MO, though.

Vibranium got shattered by Colossus, Protocide, Collective Man and so on... it is pretty low on the list.

Afaik, Warpath's knives are made out of Wakandan vibranium though and he stabbed WWH in the shoulders, so it's far from useless as a weapon.

BP's claws are made of Antactic Vibranium too. I don't know that it's uber durable at all, it's just exceptionally good against metal. Even Hank Pym was able to smash adamantium Ulron by holding a piece of it in his hand like a fistpack.

It's not the durability that is a factor here. It's just the way it affects all metals:
