Durability also depends on thickness and shape.

So let's assume all materials above are a square inch in cross section and skin deep in thickness.

Then
Caps Shield 90
Vibranium 50
Thors Hammer 80
Supermans skin 80
Destroyer Armor 90
WW Braces 110
Source Wall ?
Monarchs Armor ?

Since when has vibranium only been half as durable as adamantium? Also, didn't whor use the hammer to smash through a door made of secondary adamantium?

I was always under the impression Vibranium was just as tough as adamantium along with the absorption properties. Why so low?

Vibranium got shattered by Colossus, Protocide, Collective Man and so on... it is pretty low on the list.

Yeah, I tried to explain the difference to Vanguard more than a dozen of times in many threads in this forum, but for some reason he never gets it - or just never listens.

Afaik, Warpath's knives are made out of Wakandan vibranium though and he stabbed WWH in the shoulders, so it's far from useless as a weapon.
