Who wins?

Vader. As far as a fight goes, Vader's ability to quickdraw massive amounts of damage should outdo Strangest ability to make a portal. And this is EU Vader? Yah, he crushes.

Strange stomps. Vader is slow as shit and couldn't even get the job done against some noobs at the end of rogue one despite his powers being able to easily get the job done.

Force Choke will secure Vader the win imo. He can utilize that faster then Strange can utilize his magic.
