Larf is basically the Orange Corps' equivalent of Ion -- he literally is the CPB of his entire Corps. His power is only limited by the amount of energy he chooses to use at any given time.

Yeah, Larf is basically all CIS.

If he gets serious, with the entire CPB, he's out of the "tiers".

Odin could call forth past lives of larfeeze and make him suffer many deaths.
