If Larf gets irritated enough to 'power up', he is.

Larf is basically the Orange Corps' equivalent of Ion -- he literally is the CPB of his entire Corps. His power is only limited by the amount of energy he chooses to use at any given time.

but is the cpb considered standard equipment for him? i know that we dont usually assume normal gls have their power batteries with them at all times so why would larfleeze be any different?
