New Bad Batch trailer was released and we get to see Assajj Ventress at the end!!

For those of you who are wondering whether DD's finale has been retconned, Star Wars Explained released a community note stating her appearance will "fit with Dark Disciple storyline".

So maybe she is a clone? Has she been resurrected through Nighstister magic? Did Vos fake her death so she could just disappear and start a new life away from the Jedi and the Sith?

Filoni literally cannot help himself from needlessly recycling his pet characters from TCW. This would have actually been a great time to bring someone like Quinlan Vos back into the fold(given his name-drop in the Kenobi show)... But here we are. srsly

Filoni's always done a Lucas in doing his own thing regardless off the novels and comics.

Except at least we all understood Lucas had his own canon and could do what he liked. Not sure where Filoni's power to rewrite canon come from.


Anyway looking forward to seeing Ventress and Vos. Just not sure why they couldn't have done an animated movie for the events of DD instead.
