I've heard the hyperboles that Kizaru is light speed but I don't believe that or he would have caught like alls the pirates by now.

Yes but he has to leave that speed to attack. I also heard that Halibel has a water-based ability, I haven't read the newest chapters yet but if she hits him with it she could possibly disable his powers. I still vote for Kizaru though.

Halibel recently busted out her release form. and i gotta say she's pretty fast; fast enough and strong enough to cut off hitsugaya's entire right arm and part of his shoulder from like about 10-15 feet away like nothing. i wouldn't say that the bleach duo loses...
