It's better for you stick out tongue

They may not have calories, but Aspartame contains methanol, a form of formeldehyde when heated above a certain temperature, so if you drink diet pop, and it's warm, be aware sad

Excuse you, this can very well save someone's life mad

Not to mention this is a biology report stick out tongue

so it's homework....

It's an interesting piece of info for people who care, I mean alot of the side effects of artificial sweetners can be very bad for your health sad

i always thought that artificial sweetners dont give u calories because they are large molecules that our bodies cannot digest, hence they arent used by the body and are simply pooped out (biology teacher was a bit crude). but this changes everything :s
