My lower body area (to the left of my navel ) has suddenly gone cold , as if someone has palced lukewarmish water on it..... (I have done some physical activity today) Does anyone know what i am talking about

Circulation problems? Maybe...but could be something else...Also when certain parts of your body react in certain ways, it could be emotionial type stuff...sounds strange I know...but does happen.

What physical activity did you do?
Could be a nerve problem—I had this weird thing once where my left arm felt sort of numb/tingly and cold. Everything felt much warmer than it really was, especially the sun. Turned out it was because I'd somehow tweaked my spinal cord while kayaking, at the base of my neck. Went away after a couple days.

The Sun felt especially warmer than it normally is?
It's about 6000 degrees Celsius on the surface, so that must have been pretty warm on the arm there.
