yes they do. the SEALS are trained to no be seen, to secure beaches and stuff for the marines, gather intelligence, etc;
the SAS are pure killing machines.

Thats because they're not the best trained unit. The Aussies have SAS aswell, they're hardasses too. On the list, British SAS

75th Ranger Rgt - yes, they're very well trained. at being RANGERS. They do great work on recon and rescue missions.
SAS - Trained to be great at both those things AND infiltration, close combat, search and destroy, most aspects of what you could hope for. They specialise across the board, not just in a couple things.
