Doctors getting censored for questioning the COVID-19 narrative, tweets getting removed for crticisizing BLM, people getting fired for questioning the "all police hate black people" narrative, etc. etc. etc.
This is going to do nothing but polarize people more. It's just more B.S.
If you shut off the TV news, stop reading the MSM articles (read Just the News and Reuters), close all your social media accounts, the world would become a much better place.

Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.

That's kinda a broad question. There's some level of bias almost everywhere if one looks deep enough, I don't think FB is an exception here. eg in 2016 FB ran a shitload of Pro-Trump ads paid for by Russia and/or Russian interest. Was that bias on their part?
As far as Project Veritas, you're free to think they're great as before.
Running ads for russians isn't bias cuz they weren't the only ones allowed to run ads.
On the other hand, they seem to target conservatives and whites, especially trumpers.
As for what I think of PV, I have admitted they have messed up in the past. I'm not saying you're claiming this, but I will point out it's inaccurate to describe them as being wrong most of the time.
