No one's invulnerable in the Marvel Universe. It's a comic book universe....the writers could just make up new inventive ways of eliminating someone's invulnerability.
There's no such thing as invulnerability. Even Lucifer almost died, and he's widely regarded as being tied for the position of "Second most powerful being in the DCU."

It wasn't a straight fight. When the Japanese god of death gave him his wings back, she somehow corrupted three of the feathers. I don't entirely understand it, but later, while Lucifer was confronting a pack of magical cards, he unleashed his power against them, but the cursed feathers kept the power bottled up inside him. Unable to balance the power that was raging through him, Lucifer was consumed with flame and fell; he survived only through the actions of an angel and his own niece.

You dont have to see it. Living Tribunal says that he answers to "The One Above All," and that basically means God. That doesnt mean you have to see him in a panel. Besides that, there is so much controversy on what the actual God looks like(or if he even has an appearance, OR if there even IS a God) that no comic company would put God in their comics.
With the exception of a comic that completely revolves around the existence of Heaven and Hell, such as Spawn.
And in DC, the Spectre is the Wrath of God. In Day of Judgement, some heroes actually travel to heaven to try to recruit a dead soul, Jim Courgian, to become the Spectre again.
