Wookiepedia Lightsaber Form Disparity
So I was looking at the canon articles for the lightsaber forms to see what they've put in there, and apparently Qui-Gon Jinn is a notable practitioner of Form V, and not Form IV, and they use the movie as a source. This has to be incorrect.
But I guess there's nothing stopping Disney to change Jinn's style to Form V if they really wanted to, theoretically speaking. It would still make sense. Since Jinn doesn't use the acrobatics of Form IV and used power blows a lot.
This must be a simple mistake on the part of the author, surely?

Ugh, lightsaber forms…. I really hope the rest of Canon follows Rebels example where characters create their own styles by drawing on multiple forms rather than the old EU garbage. But it seems unlikely.
