Express your feelings

Im writing a poem on here because not a damn person is ever on the poetry forum, so its going here

Anticipation

She doesn't know how I feel
She can't
I wish she could see inside my head so she could understand

Beauty doesn't even begin to describe her
If only others saw her through my eyes...

This is the worst feeling I have ever had,
but I feel so wonderful that I can't sleep at night
Could this emotion be a bad thing?
I ask myself: if I could feel nothing for her, would I?
Never

I would give anything
I would give any earthly possession and material thing I have ever had
I would give my life

She wants someone to return love to her
It is right in front of her eyes
Does she see me?
....not the way I see her

now rate it for me, and everyone else is allowed to have their "feelings" rated also

SECRET

I alone know what you are

You can only be seen in the shadows of my mind

Hidden away deep inside is where I have kept you

I can feel you sometimes eating away at me when this world brings me down

Why must you plague me so?

I know I will have to endure this torment,

So long as I have to ask

I wonder, will you always be there lingering out of sight?

I have prayed for the strength to one day be rid of you

Here I wait and wait still with no courage or solution

After so much time has past,

Is it na�ve to cling to mere threads of hope?

This day is almost over

It seems that my secret will be there to haunt me when I wake

So now, I rest my eyes and prepare to ask tomorrow these same questions
