Otoha is a former yakuza, living in a fictional version of Shinjuku, Tokyo populated by humans and yôkai (Japanese spirits). He is one of the titular karas, humans appointed as superpowered agents of the land. Able to transform into a car, an aircraft, and an armored crusader; the skilled swordsman is to stop his corrupt predecessor, Eko, from taking over Tokyo.
Ichigo
Ichigo Kurosaki is the primary protagonist of Bleach, orange-haired high school junior Ichigo is forced to become a substitute Soul Reaper after unintentionally absorbing most of Rukia's powers. His cynical nature at first makes him ill-disposed towards the duty, but with the passage of time he comes to accept and welcome the strength his Soul Reaper powers give him, as it allows him to protect those close to him.
Out of these two powerful swordsmen, who would emerge the victor?
Perhaps it's just the way it's presented. Karas fights for 10-20 minutes without a single second passing by in real time, and he only gets faster in jet/cycle mode. I don't recall Ichigo being so fast that the rest of the world seemed to be completely frozen, and definitely not for so long. Then there were the lesser cyberdemons that were fast enough to do the same, and Karas pretty much blitzed them. Like I said, it could just be presentation. I think Ichigo is fast enough that he'll be able to move on a similar level and keep up with Karas, but I give Karas the upper hand.
