Unlimitedly?? lol. Yea i think Apocolypse may win, though it would be close. I mean hulk would get seriously pissed off and he would keep getting stronger and madder and madder. Apocolypse would maybe retreat after a while.
Im a huge Hulk fan but i would still have to give to apoc here...im not saying apoc would increase his strength indefinitely and knock the hulk out with one punch....people who think apoc would win this fight on strength or misinformed....Apoc and Hulk are both terribly strong, neither have actually demonstrated they have a limit to their strength...however Hulk has shown many more incredible displays of strength...nonetheless, Apoc is one of the smartest guys on the planet, i think he would use his unearthly intellect and arsenal to beat the Hulk...but just like in the case of Onslought....I couldnt see the Hulk really losing a fist fight to the likes Apoc...to beat Apoc u need to be more well rounded, and probably not just one person, but a team instead...Professor Hulk would have the best chance at Apoc, although his cocky overconfidence would probably be his downfall...or a completely mindless Hulk who is so far unbeatable...the best way to take Apoc is with another really smart, perhaps even evil character...like Kang (his first real adversary)...or a team, like a full roster of the x-men led by Xavier....or even the Fantastic Four...who would be very fun to watch take on Apoc.
Apocalypses powers:
Powers: Variable, but mostly consisting of energy transmorgification and physical metamorphosis. After entering an alien space-craft, En Sabah Nur was forever altered into something beyond human, or even mutant. He now has utter control of his own molecules, can add to his mass and height at will, and possesses almost unlimited strength. That being said, he has trouble handling Cable, was beaten by Stryfe, and humiliated by Archangel when still weak from Stryfe's attack. His two deaths in this timeline didn't prevent Apocalypse and Cable from exchanging some harsh words during the Onslaught crisis.
I do think its unfair for apocalypse to keep using these previous fights as basis. he lost to these people/mutants because of the hero/villain concept. but if we're gonna talk about apocalypse by just analyzing his abilities as stated by marvel, i think he can be one of the most powerful beings on this planet. i really think being beaten by archangel was crap. anyway as to the thread, apocalypse would win. not because of strength but because of genius.
apocalypse only lost to stryfe because he had just been woke up from his rejuvination chamber. had he been at full strength from his awakening it would have been different. as for this fight i think hulk would lose. apocalypse usually isn't thrown aside physically either. a physical battle would only lead to hulk losing IMO. look at Hulk #456, apocalypse is standing behind hulk with one of those tentacle things draped across his mouth and restraining him, telling hulk its useless to do so. even when he upgraded him to war, he said that hulks power exceeded everybodies but his own. i doubt he would create something more powerful than himself........ which brings me to archangel. when did he trash apoc......... supposedly?
he didn't.......... apocalypse wanted to implant him with celestial tech, because he wanted hulk to harness the power from both universes that he was drawing in. so he had to subdue him, so he could fill hulk in on his plan's.
Apoc has been beaten many times....and alway from someone with far less raw power than himself (which would include just about everyone on the the planet)
could somebody please state all these defeats that apocalypse has had? main stream marvel. let's disregaurd alternate time lines/what if's things like that.
well he DIED....at the hands of some puny x-men.....i think that is evidence enough....yes apoc has more raw power than the hulk (arguably), but apoc has had 5000 years for his powers to develop, yes even the hulk managed to conquer the earth after being aroung for a 100 years...lots of characters would be unstopable after 500 yrs
