i am not so sure about that. just because he can defeat his enemies with one melee attack in the game, that does not mean he could do it to Spider-Man. Spider-Man has a little something i like to call Spidersense, which allows him to SENSE attacks before they actually happen. MC couldn't touch Spidey.

If he could flip a scorpian he could take spidey out with one melee attack and he might be able to get spidey with a couple bullets to slow him down. clip him with a plasma. i think it could be close.
