Who wins in this slugfest with boxing only rules?

This is no joke cause Superman does not fair well in fist fights according to some so I put him against somebody closer to his level.

I never said that

I said he has failed to catch bullets in the past before.

Supermen has gone near light speed in space and can go fast enough to avoid all of Spiderman attack, and you really think Spiderman can hurt Superman?

Ummmm, there's nothing to work on. Superman could stand there and pose for the audience while Spider-Man went to work, and all that would do is hurt Spidey's hands, and then hit Spidey with a backhand that he would NOT dodge, spider-sense or not. Honestly, this is not a good match-up.
